For MediaWiki (MW) 1.37 and later no dedicated tags will be created, i.e. for 1.37.x, 1.38.x and 1.39.x use branch
`REL1_39`. For MW 1.40.x use `REL1_40`, for MW 1.41.x use `REL1_41`, etc.
